Role OverviewAs a Group Home Program Supervisor, you will facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in administrative duties. You will supervise a team of Caregivers and provide support to individuals receiving services.

You will provide direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision. You will also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year related work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
