Role OverviewAs a Group Home Program Supervisor, you will facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in administrative duties. You will supervise a team of Caregivers and provide support to individuals receiving services. You will also facilitate community involvement and establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
What You Will Do
Your duties will be split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision. You will assist with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care. You will also accompany individuals on outings in the community or provide transportation to work or other activities.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year related work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
