Job Description
Oversee Warehouse Operations, ensuring customer delivery requirements are met, implementing a system of continued operational excellence, driving area, process, and quality improvements. Ensure compliance to Health and Safety concerns, achieve Quality, Cost, and Growth Targets, and minimize wrong parts taken to POF. Continuous improvement through the deployment of the JCB Production System is essential.

Requirements

  • 3 years working in a kitting environment to support both 1 piece flow and batch builds
  • 4 years in a supervisory role leading people on the floor
  • 2 years' experience of utilizing SAP in a materials role
