Role OverviewWe are seeking a Group Lead to assist our employees in the Gainesville area with training, workforce planning, and efficiency oversight.
What You Will Do
The Group Lead will implement and maintain a standard training plan, coordinate onboarding, provide training for established employees, and oversee training for new hires.

Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years in a healthcare setting with demonstrated experience in training and education and staffing.
- Clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or higher preferred; leadership experience in field/community operations a plus.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills; proven ability to manage complex coverage logistics across multiple disciplines.
- Proficient with EHR and company software; comfortable building training content and tracking completions/competencies.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to manage and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
- Team player with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working order.
