Job Description
Schnabel is seeking an experienced Group Lead Water Resources Dam Engineer to join their growing Water Practice in Colorado. The role involves leading a variety of water resources engineering projects, project management, client interaction, business development, and supervising junior staff. As an employee-owner, the candidate will have a say in how the business operates and benefit from the company's financial success through the allocation of company stock.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree preferred) in Civil and/or Water Resources Engineering.
  • 20+ years of direct engineering experience in the water resources and modeling fields.
  • Proven track record in winning work, managing employees, and growing teams.
  • Experience with modeling tools and design software such as HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, LifeSim, DAMRAE.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado or ability to become registered within 6 months.
