Job Description
Rich's is a family-owned food company dedicated to inspiring possibilities. As a Group Leader - Maintenance 3rd shift, you will be responsible for the safe maintenance, repair and efficiency of operation of equipment and areas of responsibility when the supervisor is not on duty. You will supervise maintenance personnel and support policies, goals and objectives established by the Shift Supervisor.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Assigns daily maintenance activities to shift mechanics
  • Supervises shift mechanics duties and responsibilities
  • Monitors spare parts and supplies inventory
  • Updates and maintains service reports, event logs, operating, service and training manuals
  • Reviews equipment operation and line conditions
  • Ensures compliance with regulations and policies
