Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or related field
  • 8 years of experience or Master's degree with 5 years of experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the core areas of microscopy, diffraction, failure analysis, and mechanical testing
  • Proficient in technical writing and business software
  • Excellent leadership and people skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and prioritize work
