Role OverviewA Group Leader in the Drop Box department for Lennox AES at our Tallassee, AL location is a frontline leader responsible for leading and coordinating a team of production workers. They play a key role in achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a culture of safety and efficiency within the team and facility.
What You Will Do
Duties include, but are not limited to: enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings, providing training to team members, operating assigned machinery, supervising and leading a team of production workers, and addressing production-related issues promptly.
