Role OverviewThe Group Leader is a frontline supervisor in a manufacturing plant, leading the critical process cleaning team. They manage safety, quality, and delivery of task work, and work alongside the team to identify ways to perform work safer, easier, and faster.

The Group Leader will utilize excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, team building and visionary leadership, and organizational skills to deliver timely solutions for the team and clients.

Requirements
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, logistics environment, facility maintenance/management, retail supervision or food service/restaurant supervision
- Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement
- Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision
