Role OverviewThe Group Leader Trainee is responsible for supervising a team, promoting safety, quality, and productivity, and aligning leadership styles to the company's principles and values. They will be responsible for the performance of their team and team members, and will be entrusted with the authority to secure compliance with company directives.
What You Will Do
The Group Leader Trainee will demonstrate a positive role model, maintain familiarity with team members' job duties, assess and develop team members' performance, and promote the company's production system. They will also plan, monitor, and lead activities according to plant and section goals.
