Job Description
Miraval Austin Resort and Spa seeks a Group Programming Coordinator to support group sales and ensure seamless coordination of group programs and events.

Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred, ideally in hospitality or tourism.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn Resort Suite, Envision, and other CRM systems.
  • Passion for wellness and hospitality.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
