Job Description
We're seeking a Group Sales Manager to join the hotel's Sales team. The role will focus on pharmaceutical and healthcare markets, while also targeting corporate group opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hotel sales process and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of hotel sales experience
  • Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare group sales experience
  • Experience selling corporate group business, especially within finance and insurance sectors
  • Strong understanding of the group sales process, account management, prospecting, and customer relationship management
  • Proven ability to solicit, qualify, negotiate, and close group business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation, proposal-writing, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Comfortable working with sales systems, lead platforms, RFP tools, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel for client appointments, business development, and tradeshows
  • Self-motivated, competitive, professional, and goal-oriented
  • Remote-based candidates must be located in Northeast U.S. states, as required
