Job Description
Join Hyatt as a Group Sales Manager and be part of a team that makes travel more human. This role involves selling guest rooms and meeting space, managing assigned accounts, and achieving assigned revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel sales, pharmaceutical and healthcare group sales, and corporate group business.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of hotel sales experience
  • Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare group sales experience
  • Experience selling corporate group business, especially within finance and insurance sectors
  • Strong understanding of the group sales process, account management, prospecting, and customer relationship management
  • Proven ability to solicit, qualify, negotiate, and close group business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation, proposal-writing, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Comfortable working with sales systems, lead platforms, RFP tools, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel for client appointments, business development, and tradeshows
  • Self-motivated, competitive, professional, and goal-oriented
