Job Description
The Sales Manager is a quota-driven role responsible for managing assigned accounts and driving revenue performance in the hotel’s Sales department. Key responsibilities include developing new business, executing sales calls, and maintaining client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of 1-3 years of hotel sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in generating and managing group business
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Selling, negotiating, business writing and presentation skills training
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Resilient problem-solver with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Collaborative team player with positive energy, adaptability, and a "can-do" spirit
