Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will strategically position guest rooms, meeting space, and the full suite of Hyatt services to new and existing clients. This is a high-visibility role that blends business development, account management, and on-property experience to deliver results.

What You Will Do

You’ll actively generate new business, cultivate key accounts, conduct compelling site inspections, and craft persuasive proposals that convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently
  • 1–3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience
  • Solid computer proficiency and comfort working within CRM and hotel systems
  • Completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent training
  • Training or demonstrated strength in selling, negotiation, business writing, and presentations
