Requirements
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently
- 1–3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience
- Solid computer proficiency and comfort working within CRM and hotel systems
- Completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent training
- Training or demonstrated strength in selling, negotiation, business writing, and presentations
