Role Overview

The Group Sales Manager is an enthusiastic and competitive individual with experience in hotel sales, responsible for selling guest rooms, meeting space, and other Hyatt services to customer groups at the newly renovated 902-room Grand Hyatt Washington hotel in downtown Washington, D.C. This role focuses on smaller size groups, involves high lead volume, and requires strong selling skills.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include managing accounts, conducting site inspections, soliciting and generating business, preparing and presenting effective proposals, maintaining well-organized documentation and reports, and coordinating customer service requirements. The Group Sales Manager will also participate in and may lead sales, event, and other staff meetings.
