Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth as a Group Supervisor at The Arkansas Juvenile Assessment and Treatment Center (AJATC) in Bryant, Arkansas. Promote a normalized high school experience, offer a safe environment, and provide opportunities for positive change and growth for students and staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience working at-risk youth
  • Supervisory experience
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
  • Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
  • Meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver
