Role OverviewThe Group Technical Architect will be responsible for leading the technical direction of the company's products and services. The role requires experience in user experience design, product development, and technical architecture. The Group Technical Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and communicating with stakeholders. They will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of product design experience with a portfolio that shows the thinking, the tradeoffs, and the impact
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
- Fluent across the full design spectrum from broad user journey to micro-interaction, from UX strategy to pixel-level execution
