Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Lead – SAP GTS to drive Global Trade Services workstreams within a large-scale Enterprise S/4HANA Digital Transformation Program. This role will be responsible for leading SAP GTS solution design, implementation, integration, and deployment across complex global supply chain operations.

The candidate will work closely with Global Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing, and System Integrator teams to ensure compliant, scalable, and integrated business processes across SAP S/4HANA, GTS, EWM, TM, and external logistics ecosystems.

Requirements
- SAP GTS solution design and deployment for enterprise S/4HANA transformation programs
- Drive global template standardization for export compliance, customs, and international trade processes
- Design scalable and compliant business processes aligned with current and future-state business operations
- Compliance & Trade Management Lead implementation and support of SAP GTS processes
- Spearhead the architecture, design, and development of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery
- Ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies
- Review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices
- Train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated
