Role OverviewThe Group Technical Architect provides technical support for Mechanical CAD (MCAD) systems using Siemens NX in an enterprise engineering environment. The role focuses on user onboarding, access provisioning, installation, licensing, environment configuration, and basic NX usage support.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for Siemens NX user issues, resolve application launch failures, login issues, and access problems, and log, track, update, and document technical incidents accurately within Jira.
