Role OverviewAs a Resident in Counseling, you will lead IOP groups and support PHP groups, gaining experience across two levels of care in a boutique setting while completing your LPC residency in Virginia.
What You Will Do
Lead IOP groups, support PHP groups, design engaging group topics, manage intakes, and collaborate with the treatment team and families to ensure a holistic approach to client support.

Requirements
- Licensure: Must be approved (or eligible immediately) as a Resident in Counseling with the Virginia Board of Counseling.
- Education: Master's Degree in Counseling.
- Experience: Previous group facilitation experience is required (IOP, PHP, or Inpatient experience is a strong plus).
Benefits
- Pay: $36–$40 per hour, based on experience, paid for all hours worked, including groups, documentation, and intakes.
