Job Description

The Assistant Community Manager role will be a combination of leasing, resident relations, and marketing, requiring a candidate to be adept at numbers and communication. Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in on-site property management
  • Must have at least six months of Assistant Community Manager experience at an apartment community
  • Strong bookkeeping and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar programs
  • Ability to work 3 Saturdays per month
