Job Description
Encord is seeking a Growth Engineer to own the full technical surface of how potential customers find and experience the company. The role involves designing and building systems that scale, working with GTM, product, and engineering teams, and turning growth hypotheses into shipped code and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Design and build the web infrastructure that powers the acquisition funnel
  • Get deep into CRM, product usage, and behavioural data to identify friction and drop-off
  • Build targeted technical interventions that move the needle on pipeline velocity
  • Architect the experimentation infrastructure that lets us run rigorous tests across the growth stack
  • Build the referral, sharing, and expansion mechanics that turn happy users into a source of organic growth
  • Connect martech, CRM, and data warehouse into a coherent system
  • Own the attribution stack from the ground up, implementing the tracking and data pipelines
