Job Description
We're hiring a Growth Engineer to own and optimize the first-time user journey at Krea, a company building next-generation AI creative tools. The ideal candidate combines technical strength with deep empathy for users and has experience shipping user-facing product changes.

Requirements

  • Strong engineering background with experience shipping user-facing product changes.
  • Deep care for UX and user empathy; experience running user interviews or usability tests.
  • Comfort with analytics, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing tools.
  • Product-minded: you think holistically about journeys, not just individual features.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Experience working closely with designers, PMs, and marketers.
