Job Description
We are looking for a Founding Growth Hacker to help build and scale the company's next generation growth engine by developing and executing creative growth experiments, building and launching lightweight tools, and identifying strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in growth, GTM, startup operations, experimentation-focused marketing, or related roles
  • Prior startup experience required, ideally as an early employee or highly cross-functional operator
  • Strong familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and modern growth workflows
  • Builder mentality with the ability to independently execute ideas and ship projects quickly
  • Analytical and highly curious with a passion for growth experimentation and problem solving
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
