Growth Lead (AI / SaaS)

Requirements

• Proven experience working on 0→1 products in startup or early-stage environments.
• Strong track record of driving user growth, activation, or revenue outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with GTM strategy, product launches, and growth execution.
• Ability to operate across product, marketing, and growth (hybrid mindset).
• Experience running experiments (A/B testing, onboarding optimization, funnel improvements).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high ownership.
• Strong communication skills — able to translate product value into clear messaging.
• Experience with AI, SaaS, or developer tools is a plus.
