We are seeking a Growth Manager for Latin America to drive the sending of remittances to markets such as Colombia, using a mix of digital marketing and field activations.
Requirements
Fintech Experience: Minimum 6-8 years in the Fintech or high-growth startups sector
Location: Candidate resident in New York or willing to relocate
Languages: English and Spanish bilingual (essential)
Executive Profile: Real experience in launching and optimizing campaigns directly
Cultural Connection: Deep understanding of the dynamics of Latinos living in the US and their connection with Latin America
