Job Description
As a Growth Marketer at Pogo, you'll run paid acquisition across multiple channels for a consumer mobile app, contributing to channel and budget strategy and partnering with marketing, creative, and product teams.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of paid acquisition experience at a consumer mobile app, mobile gaming developer, or similar
  • Strong technical chops on mobile app marketing (MMPs, attribution, SKAdNetwork)
  • Ability to back every spend decision with data (CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, attribution)
  • Experience with fast-growing organizations with real ownership and ability to operate with autonomy
  • Active use of AI tools in workflows
