Job Description
Join Pogo as a Growth Marketer to run paid acquisition across two different motions: consumer mobile app and B2B product line. The role requires a hybrid background in both consumer mobile and B2B contexts, with experience in paid social, programmatic, and out-of-home advertising. You will work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to optimize the full funnel and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of paid acquisition experience at a tech company with serious paid spend
  • Hybrid background in both consumer mobile and B2B contexts
  • Experience in paid social, programmatic, and out-of-home advertising
  • Strong POV on what works where and how budget should move
  • Comfortable with the technical side of mobile app marketing - MMPs, attribution, SKAdNetwork
  • Ability to back every spend decision with data - CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution
  • Experience working at a fast-growing organization with real ownership
  • Active use of AI tools in workflows
  • Bonus: mobile gaming background; out-of-home or direct mail experience
