Role OverviewAs our growth marketer, you'll own critical growth and distribution projects at a fast-moving AI startup, with real autonomy and a direct line to the founding team. This position touches content, distribution, community, and video, and you'll have a lot of room to shape what the role becomes. You'll be responsible for creating video content, finding new audiences, and tracking what's working to double down on it.
What You Will Do
Own content across X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube, from ideation to publishing. Create video content, including short form clips, product capability videos, industry deep dives, and other engaging content across channels. Find creative ways to get Julius in front of new audiences.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We're looking for someone with a background in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or finance, with strong written and verbal communication skills. You should be comfortable being on camera and creating video content, and have a genuine curiosity about data. Bonus points if you have an active presence on at least one of these platforms: X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, or Reddit.
