Role OverviewWe're looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to help drive awareness, generate pipeline, and support our expansion across the United States. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across multiple areas of growth marketing. You'll execute marketing initiatives that create new opportunities with school districts and education leaders.
What You Will Do
Drive Top-of-Funnel Growth, execute campaigns that generate qualified meetings for our Growth team, support webinar, conference, and event marketing initiatives, coordinate outbound marketing campaigns across multiple channels, and help launch new growth initiatives.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, Partnerships, Sales Development, or a similar growth-focused role
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Excited to work in a startup environment where no two days look the same
