Job Description
We're seeking a data-driven, execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media strategy, campaign execution, tracking, and performance optimization across all digital channels for Ting and Whisker Labs.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing roles
Proven ownership of paid media budgets across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, Amazon, and related platforms
Strong proficiency in Word, Excel (forecasting, modeling, pivot tables), and PowerPoint for executive reporting
Experience with Rockerbox, Measured, Improvado, AppsFlyer, Looker, GA4, Tableau, or similar BI and Martech tools
Deep understanding of UTM parameters, tracking architecture, attribution models, and performance metrics
Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
Direct response copy and creative management experience
