Role Overview

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for measuring, developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns designed to drive pipeline growth, with a strong focus on prospects in our North American market, as well as key LATAM markets. This role involves strategizing, launching and managing campaigns across different channels, including email marketing, paid digital, and the event channel, as well as synthesizing these campaigns with our SDR channel.

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across multiple platforms, manage and optimize end-to-end campaign execution, from planning to analysis, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a relevant field
  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience within growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing or a related role with a proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong ability to write copy and use AI to scale out more personalized messaging
  • Proven ability to measure campaign performance, derive insights, and take action based on data
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously across multiple channels, including events
  • Strong background integrating marketing campaigns with a sales/SDR channel to create a unified outreach plan that maximizes pipeline
  • Experience managing event campaigns
  • Familiarity in leveraging marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft), digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads etc) and managing media purchases with third-party publications

  • Target cash compensation ranges from $140,000 - $156,000, including a fixed annual salary and a performance-based bonus paid monthly
