Role OverviewWe're looking for a full-time Growth Marketing Manager to own how Acceler8 Labs goes to market and turn our marketing activity into measurable business growth. This is a broad, hands-on role encompassing growth strategy, demand generation, content, brand, and marketing operations.
What You Will Do
You'll own the plan and keep it moving, working across our internal team, leadership, and external partners to turn ideas into campaigns, content, events, partnerships, and other growth initiatives. You'll also bring greater structure and rigour to how we market Acceler8, connecting the dots between our website, paid acquisition, content, CRM, email, sales activity, partnerships, and market presence.

You'll thrive in this role if you have 4+ years of experience across growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role, and can move comfortably between strategy and execution, knowing when to get into the details and when to bring in the right internal or external resource.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience across growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Experience owning marketing across multiple channels rather than specializing in just 1 area
- Understanding of how paid acquisition, content, email, websites, CRM, and sales activity work together to create and convert demand
- Commercially minded and comfortable measuring marketing against pipeline and revenue, not just reach, traffic, or engagement
- Excellent project management skills
- Highly organized and proactive
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Ability to develop strong messaging and content
- Experience with lead journeys, attribution, nurture, and funnel management
