Role OverviewThe GTC Transactional Specialist is responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of all document processing for distribution transactions. This role involves receiving and maintaining transactional documents, completing annual required minimum distribution (RMD) process, and ensuring quality control of all documents prior to sending to the appropriate department.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of this role include receiving and maintaining transactional documents, completing RMD process, reviewing and preparing distributions, following up with customers on outstanding documentation, and ensuring quality control of all documents.

Requirements
- High school or GED
- 7 to 11 months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, notes, letters, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to use common sense understanding in order to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few known variables in situations of a routine nature
