GTM Recruiter (High-Growth Healthcare AI Startup) with opportunity to help build the go-to-market engine of a healthcare AI company at a pivotal scaling moment.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in startup environments
  • Proven success hiring GTM roles (Sales, Growth, Marketing, Ops)—not engineering-only
  • Strong outbound sourcing capability beyond LinkedIn reliance
  • Experience owning searches independently in fast-moving, ambiguous settings
  • Demonstrated job stability and impact (no freelance/temp/contract-heavy backgrounds)
  • Ability to work hybrid onsite in San Francisco (4 days/week)
