Job Description
Baseten is seeking an experienced Recruiter to help grow their Sales team. The Recruiter will focus on full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and candidate experience, and will play a key role in shaping the future of ML infrastructure at Baseten.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a rapidly growing startup environment
  • Proven success sourcing great candidates for Sales teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
