Job Description
We're hiring a GTM Recruiter to own go-to-market hiring at Topline Pro. This role is critical to scaling our Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, People and Revenue Operations teams with speed, quality, and strong judgment.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM roles.
  • Experience recruiting at a Series A–D startup with a high talent bar.
  • Deep understanding of GTM team dynamics across Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and adjacent Ops roles.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, navigate differing perspectives, and influence outcomes without formal authority.
