Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or a startup environment.
- Experience sourcing GTM, post-sales, accounting, or finance talent is a plus.
- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and excited to keep building your sourcing skills.
- A strong writer who knows how to make outreach feel personal.
- Curious, resourceful, organized, and comfortable moving quickly.
- Coachable, low ego, and excited to grow.
