Role OverviewThe Group Manager will lead a team of 8-15 Design Engineers in the GTPE Mechanical Design group, responsible for product problem resolution, design enhancements, and cross-functional teaming throughout the product lifecycle.
What You Will Do
The Group Manager will prioritize and manage workflow to support key departmental and business goals, monitor key performance metrics, and conduct performance appraisals, mentoring, and coaching.

Requirements
- Minimum of a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering discipline
- At least 8 years direct-experience in a gas turbine related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of gas turbine design and analysis
- Experience leading technical people and financial resources
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and motivational skills
