Role OverviewThe GTS - Software Engineer Team Lead will lead the development and evolution of next-generation manufacturing and production systems. This role can be located at our Norfolk NE or Chemung NY facilities. The successful candidate will help drive solutions that integrate PLCs, manufacturing equipment, Ignition and/or Litmus platforms, MES applications, databases, and enterprise systems.
What You Will Do
The Basic functions of the role include: leading a team of software engineers, mentoring teammates, architecting and developing enterprise and manufacturing applications, designing solutions that interface with PLCs and production equipment, and building integrations between OT and IT systems.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or software development projects
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Must be able to work from designated office location in Norfolk, NE or Chemung, NY
