Job Description
Located in the serene hills of Barnard, Vermont, Twin Farms is a private, all-inclusive luxury resort exclusively for adults. The Guest Activities Coordinator Adventure Programs is responsible for leading and developing outdoor experiences that connect guests to the natural beauty of Twin Farms.

Requirements

  • Experience leading outdoor activities such as hiking and/or biking
  • Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong judgment and a calm, capable presence in dynamic environments
  • A genuine passion for the outdoors paired with a hospitality mindset
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of guests
