Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style

As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for guests, assisting with guest service, and maintaining a clean and organized store. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests and team members, and will be required to work a flexible schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, assisting with guest service, scanning and bagging guest items, working efficiently to minimize guest wait time, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will also be responsible for supporting cash office processes, including management of cash systems.

Requirements

• Communicating effectively, including using positive language and attentive to guests needs
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
• Work both independently and with a team
• Accurately handle cash register operations, cash transactions, and support cash office operations as needed
• Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving product up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others
• Flexibility when picking up shifts (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) to help meet store needs
• Active engagement by picking up and working shifts as well as responding to our attempts at contact
• Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
