Role OverviewAs a Small Format Team Member, you will provide exceptional guest service, customize each experience, and anticipate guest needs. You will work in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem-solving are key to success.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include creating a welcoming experience, greeting guests, assisting with workload, and ensuring sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock. You will also assist with truck unload process, stock product, and complete scans and system audit functions.
