Guest registration, communication of hotel services and promotions, processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. On-call/seasonal position expected to end around September 5th, 2026.

Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous hotel front desk experience or 2+ years of customer service strongly preferred
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
