Job Description
The Guest Experience Lead is responsible for ensuring all guests receive a quality in-store experience by providing technical product education and overseeing the store's performance on the floor. They are part of the store leadership team and are responsible for driving store performance, providing input to team member performance evaluations, and acting as Supervisor on Duty when leading the floor.

Requirements

  • 1 year retail or customer experience
  • Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
  • High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above
  • 1 year of retail/sales leadership experience (supervisor or people management not necessary)
  • Food safety and/or liquor service certification (for Experiential stores with food/beverage service only)
