Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Experience Lead to oversee the in-store experience and provide technical product education to guests. The successful candidate will lead from the floor, drive store performance, and contribute to a respectful and inclusive team.

Requirements

  • 1 year retail or customer experience
  • Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
  • Experience in retail/sales leadership experience (supervisor or people management not necessary)
  • Food safety and/or liquor service certification (for Experiential stores with food/beverage service only)
