Job Description
The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for leading guest service operations to provide a warm and personalized experience for guests at Alila Ventana Big Sur, a luxury destination resort in Big Sur, California. The role involves direct oversight of Concierge, Guest Service Operators, and the Campground teams, and requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in luxury hospitality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive guest service or front office leadership experience
  • Prior experience overseeing concierge or guest relations teams preferred
  • Experience in a destination resort or experiential luxury brand is highly desirable
