Role OverviewThe Guest Experience Manager will provide exceptional service to guests, develop people, and work on a team. The role involves ensuring a positive and memorable guest experience, maintaining efficiency and productivity, and training team members to maintain high standards of teamwork and guest service delivery.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include responding to service recovery issues, maintaining product quality and service, training and coaching team members, managing team members to maximize service levels, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 18 years of age (21 years of age for Alabama applicants)
- Associates' or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of experience in managing a theater, restaurant, bar, or entertainment operation or similar role with proven success
