Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to assist in overseeing any area in the Rooms Division and develop and assume basic management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a true desire to exceed guests' expectations, refined verbal and written communication skills, and experience in Front Office operations.

Requirements

  • 1 year of previous Front Office experience
  • Ability to stand for entire shift and walk long distances
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and carry moderate amount of weight
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of Opera & Reserve
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Proven leadership skills
